Terms of Sale & Refunds

These terms apply when you buy a template from redesignfinance.net. ReDesignFinance is run by Kevin Loncosky; "I" and "me" mean Kevin and ReDesignFinance. By buying or using a template, you agree to these terms. How your information is handled is covered in the Privacy Policy.

What you get

Each template's page describes what's included and what you need to use it. Please check the What you need section before you buy. For example:

• Google Sheets versions need a free Google account.
• Excel live prices need Microsoft 365 on a Windows or Mac computer.
• The Crypto Conviction Scorer runs in any modern web browser, on a phone or a computer.

Everything is digital. Nothing is shipped.

Delivery

After you pay, you go straight to your download page, and your receipt arrives by email. Bookmark the download page so you can come back to your files. If you lose it, reply to your receipt email and I'll send your files again.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are charged once. There's no subscription. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is shown at checkout. A discount code has to be entered at checkout and can't be added to a purchase afterwards.

Refunds

Because digital files can't be returned once they're downloaded, I can't refund a purchase just because you changed your mind. But I want every template to work for you:

• If something doesn't work as described, contact me and I'll help you fix it. If I can't, I'll give you a full refund. Just ask within 30 days of your purchase.
• If you bought the same template twice by mistake, I'll refund the extra purchase.

To ask for a refund, reply to your receipt email or contact me (details below), and say what went wrong. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days. After a refund, your license to use that template ends, so please delete your copy.

Nothing here limits any right to a refund that the law in your country gives you.

Your license

When you buy a template, you get a personal license to use it for your own finances. You may:

• make your own copy, edit it however you like, and keep backups;
• use it on all your own devices.

You may not:

• share, sell, give away or publish the files, your copy, or your download page or copy links;
• use a template, or anything made from it, as part of a product or service for others, including clients.

The templates, their design and their text belong to ReDesignFinance. ReDesignFinance™ is a trademark of ReDesignFinance.

Not financial advice

ReDesignFinance templates are tools for organizing your own numbers. They're for education and information only, and they're not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Every result depends on the numbers you enter, so check the results before you act on them. You make your own financial decisions. Investing involves risk, including losing money, and crypto can be especially volatile.

Live prices

Live prices come from Google Finance (Google Sheets) or Microsoft 365 (Excel). They may be delayed, missing or wrong, and I don't control them. Always confirm prices with your broker or exchange before you trade.

Updates

I may improve templates over time. While I offer a template, the copy link on your download page makes a copy of its newest version. Updates are not guaranteed, and a template may be changed or discontinued.

Warranty and liability

Templates are provided "as is". I work hard to make them accurate and easy to use, but I can't promise they're free of errors or suited to your particular situation. To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any losses from using a template or acting on its results, and my total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and they don't affect any rights the law gives you that can't be waived.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The version on this page when you bought applies to that purchase.
